This planter brings a classic pattern to a quiet form. The herringbone design is etched into the surface of the porcelain clay using a Mishima or sgraffito technique, leaving a crisp, inlaid black and white pattern that is as satisfying up close as it is across the room. Finished with a clear glaze, it works beautifully on a shelf, windowsill, or tabletop. No drainage hole keeps maintenance simple and your surfaces dry, just drop in a nursery pot and let the plant do its thing.

  • Made to order in my Maine studio
  • Approximately 4 1/2" tall × 4 1/4" diameter
  • Slab-built porcelain with inlaid black stain and clear glaze
  • No drainage hole, recommended for use with a nursery pot insert
  • Food, microwave, and dishwasher safe
