Unless noted, all EBC pieces are food, dishwasher and microwave safe. Feel free to use and enjoy your pieces every day! For cleaning, hand-washing is best to preserve the quality.
Of course! These pieces are meant to be shared with loved ones. If you choose, simply add a special note to your order. The enclosed packing slip never includes pricing. Every item shipped is wrapped and tied with string.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, you choose the. You’ll have the option to choose your preference when placing your order. Shipping and handling charges do vary based on the items purchased and location.
As all EBC pieces are handmade, it may take two to four weeks for your items to ship if it is made to order. If the item is ready to ship, it will take 2-5 days to leave the studio. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way to your doorstep. If you need your items sooner, please request a quote here.
Yes, glad you asked! There are a few specifics involved. For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and customs fees within their own country. EBC cannot identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
As with domestic orders, please allow two to four weeks for your items to ship unless it's noted as ready to ship.
EBC offers merchandise exchanges within seven days of customers receiving items. Upon returning, you can select credit or the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs.
All you have to do is return the item(s) in the same condition you received it in(without wear or damage) along with the packaging slip and in its original packaging.

All customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their purchases and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable. When shipping your item back, please package the item very carefully and use a delivery confirmation to track your package. EBC is not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.
Simply send a photo to hello@elizabethbenotti.com within three days of receiving the item and we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
