Yes, glad you asked! There are a few specifics involved. For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and customs fees within their own country. EBC cannot identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country. As with domestic orders, please allow two to four weeks for your items to ship unless it's noted as ready to ship.
EBC offers merchandise exchanges within seven days of customers receiving items. Upon returning, you can select credit or the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs.
